Shipping and Returns


We wait 12 hours after your order before processing it. This is to allow you to make any changes to your order (if required).Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order.

Warehouses are closed on weekends.Orders placed on weekends will be process the next business days.

Tracking numbers are usually available after 5-8 business days after your order shipped. In most cases, the tracking numbers are active instantly. However, in some cases, tracking might take an additional 1-2 business days to show the correct location of your package. At any time, you can contact our customer support at for an accurate update on your order.  

Our estimated 4-5 weeks delivery to the USA and the rest of the world. Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:
- Billing and shipping addresses are not the same
- Incorrect / Incomplete shipping address
- Custom Clearance
- High Season / Holidays
- Order is pending due to a credit approval and verification
- An order which requires customization
- An order is shipped to a remote country
-Detected Fraudulent Order that needs verification of identification

- We only offer Standard shipment since its FREE

We do our best to ensure all products are in tip top condition when they arrive to you, however we do not refund returns for change of mind, we offer store credit (valid for one month) or can facilitate exchange if an alternate size is available. 

* Please also note that refunds are not given for orders processed using a discount code. 

Refunds are only issued in the event of a manufacturing fault and the item cannot be replaced or mended.  

Our exchange policy lasts 14 days (after you receive your order). To be eligible for an exchange, you must send through images of the products you received, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have tags attached. 



Once your images are received and inspected, we will send you a DM to notify you that we are processing the exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE CODE. Our EXCHANGE CODE is worth of 80%OFF with free shipping so you can choose any item you want with the same price as a replacement of the faulty item you received.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed and we will be in contact with you via email or email.

To complete your exchange, we require your receipt or proof of purchase. 

If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for items that have been purchased using a discount code.

Gift cards are non-returnable.
